Store Policy:

All items sold are copy / no modify / no transfer. Accessories of a product (such as a skirt/dress panel or bows) are copy / modify / no transfer unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are no copy / no modify / transfer.

ViVi only creates breast appliers for Lolas Tango mesh breasts, as clearly stated before purchase. Lolas Tango appliers also work with the following mesh breasts: IBoobs, Lush, Puffy, and VString. There are no refunds for purchase of thinking it will work with another brand of breasts.

ViVi also creates appliers for L.Inc Phat Azz mesh booty. Appliers made for this booty are NOT tested. If there are any problems with a Phat Azz applier, it is encouraged that you make yourself available to meet with me in world to try to solve your issue.

There are no refunds for any products unless in case of double or more purchase in one time.

If you accidentally buy more than one product or have any issues with a product, please contact vixtris resident through IM. All offline IMs are sent directly to my email. Please include your purchase information from your transaction history.

If you have lost a product, there is a redelivery terminal on the desk in the main store.

If an there has been an update of an item, notices will be sent out about that update and the product may be sent out automatically to all purchasers. If you wish to manually get an update, you may use the redelivery terminal on the desk in the main store.
